Villa Elysium boasts one of the best 270 degree ocean views from any villa on Koh Samui (see video).

The main villa 

You enter the property to the main living floor, which consists of a wide, open plan area of living room, dining room, and wester style kitchen all in one. At the back corner of this area is 2 Master bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms. The front of this floor all opens out to the plentiful entertaining terrace and infinity edge swimming pool, perfect for parties.

Going up the stairs you find a central relaxation area, with 2 further en-suite Master bedrooms on either side, all enjoying the wonderful views.

Under the main floor is a fifth bedroom and another room which could be turned into a small apartment.

The basement is home to a 6 car parking garage.

Guest House

Within the grounds is also a 3 bedroom guest house, which could be operated separately, or offered as extra rooms as part of the main villa for large parties.
